A Flash Flood Watch will be in effect from Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning. Rainfall totals between 2 to 4 inches will be possible, but we should see closer to 2.5 inches around Lexington. The heaviest rain will occur late Tuesday night through Wednesday morning.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD
TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.
YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION
SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
