* SNOW/SLEET ACCUMULATIONS...MINOR SLEET ACCUMULATIONS AND SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES IS POSSIBLE WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
AMOUNTS
* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...MINOR ICE ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED.
* TIMING...12AM CST FRIDAY MORNING TO 6PM CST FRIDAY EVENING.
* IMPACTS...HEAVY SNOWFALL WITH RATES IN EXCESS OF 1 INCH PER HOUR
WILL COMBINE WITH VERY STRONG WINDS TO PRODUCE NEAR BLIZZARD
CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY THROUGH THE DELTA REGIONS OF EASTERN
ARKANSAS...NORTHWEST MISSISSIPPI...WEST TENNESSEE AND THE
MISSOURI BOOTHEEL. TRAVEL WILL BECOME DIFFICULT IF NOT
IMPOSSIBLE FRIDAY MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT.

A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW AND SLEET ARE
EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. STRONG WINDS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE WHICH WILL
COMBINE WITH HEAVY SNOWFALL TO PRODUCE NEAR-BLIZZARD CONDITIONS.
THIS WILL MAKE TRAVEL HAZARDOUS OR IMPOSSIBLE."
